Job Descriptions

We are looking for experienced teachers to teach Mandarin in our SKOLA Indonesia. You will be responsible for making learning report plans, providing activities, Making student grades and progress reports, Participating in academic and non-academic activities held by the school and, Responsible for the fulfillment of teaching and education provided to students.

Responsibilities

1. Teaching and Guiding: Teaching and guiding students in the teaching and learning process, both individually and in groups.
2. Developing Curriculum: Developing and updating curriculum that is relevant to student needs and scientific developments.
3. Managing Classroom: Managing classroom effectively, including managing time, managing student behavior, and creating a conducive learning environment.
4. Evaluating Student Achievement: Evaluating student achievement regularly, including measuring student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
5. Communicating with Parents: Communicating with parents about student progress, including holding parent meetings and sending student progress reports.
6. Developing Student Skills: Developing student skills, including academic skills, social skills, and emotional skills.
7. Managing Resources: Managing available resources, including books, tools, and technology, to support the teaching and learning process.
8. Keeping Up with Scientific Developments: Keeping up with scientific and technological developments to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

Job Requirements

Experience Level: Minimum 2 years teaching experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in education or related field
• Have a teaching certificate (optional)

Skills:

• Able to teach and guide students effectively
• Able to develop and implement relevant curriculum
• Able to manage classes effectively
• Able to communicate well with students, parents, and school staff
• Able to use technology to support the teaching and learning process
